Days 1 to 5

On site with the team

Observe estimators, purchasing and site teams in the real operating context.
Attend relevant workflow meetings and map hand-offs, rework and approval points.
Review Buildertrend configuration, cost codes and suitable redacted examples.

Local travel is included. On-site work covers a 76 km daily round trip.

Days 6 to 10

Analysis and solution design

Map the current and recommended workflows across estimating, purchase orders and site cost capture.
Test structured data and solution options using agreed sample material.
Prepare a practical pilot recommendation, controls and an implementation path.

The final day includes a decision meeting with the recommended next step.
